aRCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Research, plan and design building projects by applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning

and building codes. Receive specific instructions from the licensed architect regarding the function and spatial

requirements of the structural design, and prepare the information regarding that design with specifications,

materials and planning layout of the project. Under the supervision of the licensed architect, develop and draft

diagrams for construction, fabrication and installation of components and systems using field documents and

specifications of the final design, as well as draw rough and detailed scale plans for buildings and structural

components.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
